My 7 yr old son got this for Easter and he was super excited about it! He dove in right away, and has spent a good amount of time going through and learning various techniques for drawing trees. He feels that some are too hard for him, which I like because it means there is room to grow and that this book appeals to a wide audience. Tons of fun ideas!

My kids have level 1 and level 2 drawing books and now the tree books. I was worried the tree book might be a little boring (I mean really how many trees can you draw different ways before you get bored?) but I was very wrong. My kids love this book and draw scenes with sometimes just one tree (and usually a kid reading underneath it) or a bunch of them! They decorate the trees in all fashions and draw in birds and such. Great book!

My daughter was so excited to “learn” how to draw trees. And she was so amazed by how many ways to draw just a tree. She keeps going back to it to draw lots of trees and show me how much she has improved her drawing. Her love of art has grown.
