Love Atlas

May 11, 2021

First of all the title of this book is lovely, my kids loved the names Atlas and Waffles his horse. The illustrations are beautiful and (without giving any spoilers) the storyline is magical. My family loves reading these silver and gold tale books.

Excellent Excellent book!

This book definitely takes the cake of all the Silver Tales books in my opinion! It is about a little boy who never finishes anything and it all comes to a head where he finally learns to finish a task and not give up. Great teaching story to little kids. Love it.

Encouraging family help Hugo succeed

May 11, 2021

Quick, easy read with an important message about not giving up when things are hard. Good balance of lovely illustrations and text. Positive, encouraging family whose words of wisdom finally sink in when Hugo needs it. I think Hugo’s dog Little Bit deserves a fair amount of the hero credit too. I like that both Little Bit and the sheep were counting on Hugo to stick to the task. I also like that Hugo’s problem wasn’t instantly solved, he had to go through disappointment and increased effort to solve the problem and use multiple ideas to ultimately succeed.
