Our Kindergarten courses are simple and fun to teach! On this page, you will find everything your kindergartner needs to have a successful year. If you are new to The Good and the Beautiful and are unsure if this level is the best fit, take the Level Placement Tests for your child’s Language Arts and Math.

We suggest reading history picture books to children at this age. If you are doing our History Course Set with older children, second graders can participate and learn much by observing and using the corresponding History Activity Book.

    Handwriting Level K is for children in kindergarten and focuses on the correct print formation of letters and numbers. This course introduces 2–3 new letters at a time, going in alphabetical order, and introduces short words and sentences near the end.
