History
The Good and the Beautiful History courses give students an exciting and meaningful journey through major events, people, cultures, and countries.
Covering ancient to modern history each year, over the course of four years children will be exposed to a whole sweep of world history, stopping in each year to focus on different time periods.
Many history courses are composed of dry facts given from a secular, humanistic viewpoint, stripped of meaning, faith, and beauty. The Good and the Beautiful History courses promote truth, beauty, family interaction, and meaningful exploration with an emphasis on God and high character.
Designed to be taught family style, the History courses were written for children in grades 3–8.
History Year 1 released in March of 2025 and History Years 2–4 are scheduled to release every six months after that.
US Constitution and Government from The Good and the Beautiful is a groundbreaking family-style course for Grades 4 to 8 that truly is like no other!
This course immerses children in the lives of the Founding Fathers and Mothers as well as the important events and documents that formed America’s government. Through each carefully created lesson, children will gain a deep understanding of the principles that guided those who founded America’s Republic, including justice, liberty, duty, and equality.
To complete each course, you will need the Course Set (one per family) and one Student Set (History Year 1) or Student Journal (US Constitution and Government) per child.
