Please try the following:
- Select your printer and hit the “advanced” button; then click the “print as image” option.
- Print without the cover.
- Use a different viewer. We suggest Adobe Reader. A good, free version is available here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. This version is usually better than the version that comes preloaded on many computers.
