Use this quick-start guide to make handwriting lessons simple! Our handwriting levels are truly open-and-go. Just add a pencil, and a variety of coloring mediums such as colored pencils, crayons, markers, or felt-tipped pens.

Beginning with the Doodles and Pre-Writing Courses, children immerse themselves in a creative way of learning and practicing handwriting.

As children advance through handwriting levels K, 1, and 2, they refine their printing skills. They then discover our unique approach to teaching cursive through a colorful dot system in levels 3 and 4.

Older children finish handwriting in levels 5 through 7 by practicing poetry, verses, and quotes.

The Good and the Beautiful Handwriting includes:

• artwork, poetry, Bible verses, and quotes 
• spelling and grammar practice
• drawing activities which make handwriting more enjoyable and less tedious
• 100 pages (3–4 sheets per week for a typical school year)
